At Vasstech we want to make having your car serviced or repaired as hassle-free as possible. We also want to keep you updated with progress on your car, and keep you informed with it’s current condition without using jargon or ‘industry speak’.
When collecting your vehicle we will ensure that the paperwork you receive is explained to you clearly and easy for you to refer back to when you get home. Our safety check sheets are clearly marked green, amber and red to help you prioritise any work that your car needs.
All of the prices we give you, over the phone, and in our written quotations include the relevant parts, labour and the VAT. Meaning there are no surprises when it comes to paying the bill. Your invoice will break down the cost of parts, labour and VAT and of course we can go through the breakdown when quoting you.
We can remind you when your car is next due for its MOT Test, Service or Cambelt Change. Most of us have enough to remember without worrying when the car is due its next MOT! You can rely on us to send you a reminder either in the post, via email or as a text message – the choice is yours.

You may have a fault with your car that is difficult to explain, we can offer one of our Technicians to come with you on a road test to help understand the fault that needs diagnosing.
You may like to see the parts that we have replaced, it can help to understand the fault or even what the part is! Just ask when collecting your car and we can show you and explain the repair that has been carried out.
We offer a free collection and delivery service within a 10-mile radius of Vasstech. A uniformed member of staff will collect your vehicle from home or work, with details of your booking. They will check your contact details and details of your booking before driving your vehicle back to Vasstech. We will arrange with you a suitable time to drop the vehicle back once the work is complete.

We are able to drop you off to work, home or into town once you have brought your car to us. We are able to offer a courtesy lift within a 10 mile radius of Vasstech. Please let us know when making your booking if you require this service.
We have three courtesy cars available should you need to keep mobile whilst your car is with us. There is a small charge, which gives you fully comprehensive insurance cover*. It is charged per booking and not per day. You will need to bring both parts of your driving licence with you on the day. Please let us know if you require the use of a courtesy car when making your booking. *A maximum excess of £250 applies to this cover.
You may choose to wait with us whilst we work on your vehicle, we have a customer waiting area that offers free Wi-Fi connectivity and free refreshments are available.
